Moore & York - Brochure Design

Moore & York are an estates agency are an independent estate agent based in the Leicestershire area. They got in touch with me to commission a brochure design that would up-sell their professional photography services.

They planned to use the brochure both printed in store to show prospective house and property sellers and landlords, as well as digitally, as an email campaign to their contacts and  subscribers.

The brochure needed to capture the brand image, and look professional with a clean and modern theme template. I spent some time researching the company to understand the brand and what they stood for, and used this to help me come up with mockups for the brochure design.

I created two different versions, one for print, and the other for digital distribution, making sure the the online version was optimised for digital screens.
