Restricted Intelligence - Campaign Infographic



Restricted Intelligence is an information security awareness video series. I was asked to create an infographic to help guide users on the best way to roll-out the video series as part of an internal awareness campaign with employees.

There was a need to produce a simple set of instructions to help clients use Restricted Intelligence video series as part of an awareness campaign.  Up until this point the company was sending out a text heavy documentation that wasn’t very easy for clients to follow.

Improving the campaign instructions was important because the stronger the build-up of the campaign, the more engaged the audience would be, and therefore the films would be more of a success at building awareness.

There were clear specifications with the brief:
• It should either incorporate brand colours, or work in harmony with them
• The design needs to be visually striking and fun
• It needs to be company branded
• The design needs to clearly show how best to roll out the campaign (i.e. step 1, step 2 etc.…) and include each step of the above campaign schedule
• Most importantly, it needs to be easy for the client to follow

The infographic was originally designed using only illustrations. Character cutouts from the series were later incorporated to tie in the branding for the series. I am taking this project a step further to create an animated infographic version which will be used on screens at events as an explainer.
